If the distance between the ground and your trailer frame is less than 20 inches you should use 24 inch jacks (not 30 inch jacks).
Installation
Do not use the scissor jack to lift excessive weight or tires off the ground.
Do not use these scissors jack as a tire changing jack.
Jack is made to stabilize your unit to prevent rocking/swaying, not lift unit off the ground. Vehicle frame and door jam damage may result from misuse.
